Rebirthing Breathwork — facilitator training.
Twelve months, in a small group, learning to hold this breath for other people. Not a weekend certificate. A year of practice, study and being held yourself — because you cannot take someone somewhere you have not been.
You'll learn the breath itself, how to run a session, how to hold a room safely, where the edges are, and when the right answer is to refer someone elsewhere. You finish as a facilitator in this lineage, and you join the circle of people who carry it.
