Terms of Use

The plain terms for using this site and holding a place in the Circle.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

These terms cover www.breathinggod.com and membership of the BreathingGod Alumni Circle, under the Panentheos home. By using the site or joining, you accept them.

Questions: breath@breathinggod.com

The Community Covenant sits alongside this and describes how we hold one another. Where the Covenant speaks to conduct and this page speaks to money and access, both apply.

What is on offer

Membership of the Circle is offered on a Monthly, Annual, or Founding Graduate basis, and a one-time year pass is offered when available. The price, the billing cadence, and what is included are shown on the page where you join and again at checkout. What is shown at checkout is the agreement — if anything on this page ever disagrees with what you were shown when you paid, what you were shown at checkout wins.

Payment, renewal, and refunds

  • Payments are handled by Square. Card details never reach us.
  • All dues are non-refundable. This is stated again at checkout before you pay.
  • Recurring memberships renew until you cancel. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the last one.
  • The one-time year pass does not auto-renew.
  • If a payment fails, access may pause until it is resolved.

Your access

Your membership is personal to you. Please do not share your login, and do not redistribute recordings, written material, or the contents of the private channels outside the Circle.

We may end or suspend a membership where the Covenant is seriously breached, or where conduct puts others in the container at risk. Where we do, we will tell you why.

Referrals

Where a referral or reward is offered, its terms are set out where it is offered. Rewards are earned on completed, non-refunded payments.

What this is, and what it is not

Everything offered here is education and spiritual practice. It supports reflection, relaxation, presence, and breath awareness.

It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or cures anything, and nothing here is a substitute for professional advice. We make no claims about health outcomes.

Breath practice is an active practice. Please do not practise while driving, in water, or anywhere a change in awareness could put you at risk. If you are pregnant, or living with a cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric condition, or you are under professional care, speak to your practitioner before beginning, and keep them informed. Participation is your own choice and at your own risk.

If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service. This site is not a crisis service and is not monitored for emergencies.

Content

The material on this site and in the Circle belongs to us or is used with permission. You may use it for your own practice. You may not resell it, republish it, or teach from it as your own.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and anything material will be sent to members.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or participation in the Circle. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
