This policy covers www.breathinggod.com, run by the BreathingGod Alumni Circle under the Panentheos home. It describes what actually happens on this site — not a generic template. If something here does not match your experience, write to us and we will fix the policy or the practice.

What we collect

When you request the free gift or join a list, through a form on this site:

• your email address
• your first name
• your phone number — only if you enter one, and only where a form asks
• whether you ticked the box consenting to WhatsApp or SMS
• which page or door you came through, and a referral code if one was used

When you become a member or buy something:

• your payment is handled entirely by Square. We never see or store your card number. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the name and email you gave Square.

When a facilitator signs in to the private portal:

• a session cookie named hq_session. It is httpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, which means it cannot be read by scripts in your browser. It identifies your session and nothing else.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, and no third-party tracking script. If that changes, this section changes with it and the date above will change too.

Why we collect it

• To send you the free gift you asked for.
• To send occasional messages about the practice, the community, and what we offer.
• To run your membership and your account, if you have one.
• To take payment, where you have chosen to pay for something.
• To credit a referral, where one applies.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of services to run the site. Each of them only receives what it needs:

• Square — payments. Card details go directly to Square and never touch our systems.
• Resend — sending email.
• GoHighLevel — our contact and messaging records.
• Railway — hosting for the site and its database.

These providers process your information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with it.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while you are on a list or a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete you and we will, except where we are legally obliged to keep a record of a transaction.

Your choices

• Email: every message we send carries an unsubscribe link. One click and you are out.
• WhatsApp or SMS: reply STOP at any time.
• Deletion, correction, or a copy of what we hold: email breath@breathinggod.com and ask. We will act on it.

You never have to give us a phone number to receive the free gift.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

What this site is not

Everything offered here is education and spiritual practice. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, and nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for professional advice. If you are under the care of a professional, keep them informed about any practice you take up.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be sent to anyone on our list.
