Community Covenant

This is a living agreement, not a contract. It names how we hold one another so the Circle stays a place where the breath is safe to share. By joining the BreathingGod Alumni Circle, you accept these agreements and help keep them for everyone who comes after you.

We refine this covenant together. If something here needs to change, that conversation belongs to the whole Circle.

What we are

The Circle is the continuing community of graduates of the BreathingGod one-year journey, held under the broader Panentheos home. We gather to keep practicing, to support one another’s integration, to serve, and to welcome new seekers through genuine invitation. We are community-led, with founder and steward guidance — not a clinic, not a congregation, not a marketplace.

Confidentiality within the circle

What is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle.

• What another member shares in a session, a chat, or a peer circle is theirs, not yours to repeat. Do not name names, screenshot shares, forward messages, or carry someone’s story outside the container without their clear permission.
• You may always speak about your own experience. You may never speak about someone else’s.
• Confidentiality is not secrecy about harm. If someone is in danger, we act to keep them safe and seek appropriate help.

No medical or therapy claims

Breathwork is a spiritual and contemplative practice. It is not medicine, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.

• We make no promises to cure, treat, or diagnose any physical or mental health condition, and we ask that members not make such claims to one another or to newcomers.
• Breathwork is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. If you are under a provider’s care, keep them in the loop and follow their guidance.
• Facilitators and stewards hold space; they do not act as your doctor or therapist. Please make your own informed choices about your participation, especially around pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, seizure history, or recent surgery.

No coercive recruiting

We grow only through authentic invitation. Never through pressure.

• Invite people because you believe the work would serve them — never to hit a number, never to earn a payout, never by leaning on someone who has said no.
• No guilt, no hard sells, no “you owe it to yourself” pressure, no targeting people in crisis. “Not now” is a complete answer, and it is always honored.
• Referral rewards are a thank-you for genuine invitation, not a sales quota. The moment recruiting becomes coercive, it is outside this covenant.

Right to remove members who disrupt the container

The safety of the Circle comes before any single membership.

• Behavior that breaks the container — harassment, abuse, threats, predatory conduct, repeated boundary violations, breaches of confidentiality, or coercive recruiting — may result in removal from the Circle.
• Stewards and founders may pause a member’s access while a concern is reviewed, and may remove a member when the container’s safety requires it.
• We aim to repair before we remove, and to act with care. But the right to protect the space is held clearly and used when needed. Removal for cause does not entitle a member to a refund of dues already paid.

How we show up

• Presence over performance. Come as you are. You do not have to be healed, eloquent, or “doing the work right” to belong here.
• Consent and choice. You set the depth of your own practice. You may rest, pause, opt out, or leave a session at any time, for any reason.
• Care with one another. We listen without fixing, hold without advising, and let each person’s process be their own.
• Honor the lineage. We treat the teachings, the facilitators, and each other’s trust as something we are keeping for those who come after us.

Agreements about the space

• The WhatsApp circle is for support, integration, and connection — not promotion, politics, or selling. Keep it kind.
• Recordings, practices, and teachings shared in the library are for your practice. Please don’t redistribute or resell them.
• Dues are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
